Products

StarKid Prints sells personalized digital printables (PDF files). The main characteristics of each product, including contents, number of pages, recommended ages and personalization options, are described on its product page.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

Order confirmation

After checkout you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Your files are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours. See our Delivery policy.

Right of withdrawal

Because our products are personalized to your specifications and supplied as digital content immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun, where this exception is permitted by law. Corrections and refunds are offered as described in our Refund policy.

Conformity

If a file is defective, does not open, or does not match the personalization you entered, we will correct or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible.
