These terms apply to your use of starkidprints.com (the "Site") and to any purchase from StarKid Prints ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform.

1. Our products

We sell personalized printable activities for children, delivered as digital PDF files by email. Product images are examples; your file shows the personalization you enter. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer.

2. Your personalization details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, ages and other details you enter. Please only submit information you have the right to share (for example, your own child's first name). We use these details only to create and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy policy.

3. License: personal use only

When you buy a printable, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to print it as many times as you like for your own family, classroom or private event. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload or offer our files (printed or digital) for sale or for free, or use them to create competing products. All designs, illustrations and texts remain the property of StarKid Prints.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or inappropriate personalization content, and we will refund you in full if we do.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or submitting offensive or unlawful content in personalization fields.

6. Refunds

Refunds and corrections are handled as described in our Refund policy.

7. Liability

Our products are activities intended to be used under adult supervision; scissors, glue and other craft materials are used at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
